Needs to be Seen Publishing supply products to trade buyers only. Goods are not sold on a trial basis; you should be sure you have checked the suitability of a particular product before purchase. We do not sell directly to the public.
We reserve the right to add or delete products from our range, or to change the specification of products without notice.
Our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT, as we are not registered for VAT. Prices are exclusive of carriage.

Ordering and Delivery
You may place an order with us by ordering via either our online checkout process, or by telephone or email.
When an order is placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- where goods, services or information ordered by you are not available;
- where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- if there has been a pricing or product description error;
- if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions; or
- if we do not deliver to your area.
Minimum order value, before delivery cost, is £30. We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days from receiving cleared payment, but will normally dispatch within 3 working days.
Payment is on a pro-forma basis (which means we must receive cleared payment before we dispatch your order), by credit or debit card via PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. If you are paying via bank transfer, the payment currency must match the currency you are invoiced in. Please use your order number as the transfer reference number.

If we are unable to supply an item within our usual time scale we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available. Please let us know if you wish to cancel a back order. Back orders are shipped free of charge.
Returns, Damages, and Cancellations
Delivery shortages, damages or incorrect items must be reported within 3 working days. No returns will be accepted unless we have been notified and have authorised the return of the goods. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The goods shall be at the buyer’s risk after delivery. All goods remain the property of Needs to be Seen Publishing until payment is made in full.
1. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
2. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of our maximum delivery period of 14 working days from the date on which you ordered the goods.
3. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
4. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 3(c) above.
5. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
