Alexandra Dawe

A fan of folklore, legend and fairytales, the movie ‘Labyrinth’ gave Alexandra a lifelong love of the artwork of Brian and Wendy Froud. The documentary, ‘The Making of Labyrinth’ led her to a career making models, props and special effects for TV and films.

After taking a break to have a family, Alexandra began painting the many fantasy and folklore images in locked away in her head, some of which you can buy here.

Alexandra lives in Devon with her husband, two children, two guinea pigs, two cats and five chickens.
